Centering - Positiv Learning Experience

I get completely calm.  I am at ease.

I realize my breathing and remember how it was to be a child.

How I learnt how to cycle or to speak -
perhaps every day learning was a very natural thing at that time.

Perhaps I even was curious and liked learning new things.

If I liked it I can bring this feeling back into myself today, this feeling of curiosity and easy learning.

I realize my breathing again. By the in and out of my breathing I return into this room, at my own pace and rhythm.

I open my eyes and realize my colleagues. I am back again.
