- tasks should be formulated in such a way that information to solve them have been
collected independently from other trainees or from relevant departments (communication,
independence);
- encourage trainees to work in changing work groups (ability to work in teams,
flexibility)
- talk about conflicts openly and encourage the trainees to do so as well
- let the trainee work out unexpected problems as well as problems which go beyond company
affairs (creativity, process-oriented thinking)
- just describe a problem from time to time without formulating tasks (initiative,
independence)
- dont forget to ask for background knowledge and correlations
- always ask the trainee to find the relationship between theory and practice
- exclude obvious solutions (creativity)
- integrate the trainees into work groups (if they exist in your company)
