In a our culture, making mistakes is looked upon negative. The result is that people try to avoid making mistakes which often leads to the following problems:

• People don't dare to try something new

• If people make mistakes, they try to hide them, because they are afraid of negative consequences

The result of this behaviour, is that people can’t learn from their mistakes and opportunities for innovative problem solving are lost.

Making mistakes is an inexhaustible source of chances of success.
